Did you know that when an appointment is missed without notice, it doesn’t just leave an empty spot in our schedule—it also means another pet may have missed the opportunity to receive care?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Even a few hours’ notice can often allow us to offer that appointment to another patient in need.

As our schedule continues to stay busy, we’re committed to providing timely care for every pet. Clients who have three or more no-show appointments will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit before scheduling future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled visit if the appointment is kept.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Our goal is not to penalize anyone, but to ensure appointment availability for all of the pets who need our care.
